James Eldersveld serves as Chief of Staff at Beckett Industries, where he supports firmwide execution, internal operations, and strategic initiatives across the company’s investment platforms.

James brings more than 15 years of experience across operations, project management, logistics, real estate, institutional banking, and business building. His background gives him a strong understanding of how to move complex initiatives from strategy to execution while keeping teams aligned, organized, and accountable.

Prior to joining Beckett Industries, James built experience across real estate, financial services, and operating businesses, including founding and operating Hexi. He brings a practical, operator-led perspective to the firm, with a focus on improving systems, strengthening internal processes, and creating the operational discipline needed to scale.

At Beckett Industries, James works across leadership, investment teams, portfolio companies, and strategic partners to help drive cross-platform execution. His role is central to ensuring the firm continues to build the infrastructure, cadence, and internal operating systems required to support long-term growth across venture, real estate, private credit, and future investment strategies.
