Stacy Spain serves as Head of Legal and Compliance Operations at Beckett Industries, where she leads legal, compliance, and governance operations across the firm’s funds, entities, and investment platforms.

Stacy brings a strong legal and regulatory background across compliance, contracts, financial services, business law, and entity governance. Her experience includes serving as Chief Compliance Officer for a wealth management firm, where she led compliance program development, regulatory adherence, internal policies and procedures, monitoring systems, filings, and operational controls. She has also held legal and compliance roles supporting contracts, business matters, regulatory processes, and risk management across a range of organizations and clients.

At Beckett Industries, Stacy works closely with the General Partners and platform leaders to support fund formation, legal structuring, regulatory compliance, transaction documentation, entity governance, and ongoing operational oversight. Her work helps ensure the firm’s investment platforms are built with discipline, transparency, and institutional-grade processes from formation through execution.

Stacy plays a critical role in keeping Beckett Industries organized, compliant, and audit-ready as the firm continues to scale across venture, real estate, private credit, and future investment strategies.
