We collect information you provide directly to us — for example, when you submit a contact form, request investor materials, apply for credit, submit a deal, or correspond with us by email. This typically includes your name, email address, organization, phone number, role, and the substance of your inquiry.

We also collect limited technical information automatically when you visit the site, such as your IP address, device and browser characteristics, referring URL, and pages viewed. We use industry-standard analytics and security tooling to operate the site reliably.

We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, evaluate prospective relationships, deliver requested materials, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, and improve the quality of our communications.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for their marketing purposes. We may share limited information with trusted service providers who support our operations (for example, email infrastructure, secure document delivery, customer relationship management) under contractual confidentiality obligations.

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies for essential site functionality, security, and aggregate analytics. You can manage analytics, marketing and relationship-engagement choices under Privacy choices in the site footer, or disable non-essential cookies through your browser, without losing access to the site.

Relationship engagement is a separate, optional choice. It is off unless you turn it on under Privacy choices, and agreeing to analytics cookies, marketing emails, or a form's privacy checkbox does not turn it on. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, it stays off.

If you turn it on, we set a secure first-party cookie containing a random identifier and record which of our public pages you view, how long each page is actually on screen (up to 30 minutes), approved document downloads, clicks on Investor Login, and approved campaign labels. We do not record search terms or other URL parameters, form contents, your IP address, or your browser details, and we do not identify you from your device or network.

If you later submit our investor inquiry form, and only after it is accepted, we link that activity to the email address you declared on the form so our team can follow up with relevant context. This link is self-declared, not verified. Website activity never triggers automated emails, tasks, or decisions; any follow-up is reviewed by a person.

You can withdraw at any time under Privacy choices in the site footer. Withdrawal stops collection immediately, and we ask our investor relationship system to delete the activity linked to that identifier. If you opt in again later, a new identifier is used. The same identifier persists across page loads and repeat visits on this device for up to 90 days from consent; visits do not extend that period.

If you opt in to receive marketing communications, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any message we send, or by contacting us directly. Operational and transactional messages — such as responses to inquiries you initiated — are sent regardless of marketing preferences.

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, satisfy legal and regulatory requirements, and maintain accurate business records.

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of personal information we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below. We will respond consistent with applicable law.

For individuals invested in Beckett-sponsored vehicles, we collect and process additional non-public personal information (NPI) to facilitate your investment and comply with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations. This may include tax identification numbers and citizenship status; bank account details and wiring instructions; and subscription agreements and financial suitability data.

We share this information only with our fund administrator, legal counsel, and regulatory authorities as required by law or to provide the services requested in your Limited Partnership Agreement.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date above and, where appropriate, communicated directly.
