The following terms (the “Portal Terms”) govern access to and use of the Beckett Industries investor portal (the “Portal”). By accessing the Portal, you agree to be bound by the Portal Terms.

The Portal is made available solely to existing or prospective investors who have been granted access by Beckett Industries (“Beckett”). Access is personal, non-transferable, and may be revoked at any time in Beckett’s discretion. You agree not to share login credentials or permit any other person to access the Portal using your credentials.

All materials available through the Portal, including fund documents, reports, performance information, and communications (collectively, “Confidential Materials”), are confidential and proprietary. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or disclose any Confidential Materials; to use such materials solely for evaluating or monitoring your investment; and to maintain appropriate safeguards to protect confidentiality.

All information provided through the Portal is for informational purposes only and does not constitute an offer to sell or solicitation to buy securities, or investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. Any investment decision must be based solely on definitive offering documents.
