Zach Terpstra is a Partner at Beckett Industries, where he helps identify, develop, and launch new investment strategies across the private markets. He works across strategy development, underwriting, portfolio construction, capital formation, and platform development as Beckett evaluates and builds new areas of investment.
A CFA charterholder, Zach brings broad experience across private credit, public equities, private equity, real estate, derivatives, and alternative investments. He founded the predecessor to Virtue Capital Group and later Valor Wealth Group, building experience allocating capital and advising entrepreneurs and private investors through complex investment and liquidity decisions.
At Beckett, Zach is currently helping launch the firm's private debt strategy while supporting the development of its long-term investment leadership. His broader mandate extends beyond any single platform, helping Beckett pressure-test new opportunities, develop investment frameworks, support capital formation, and institutionalize future strategies as they move from concept to launch.
