Jeshua Lauka serves as Legal Counsel to Beckett Industries, supporting the firm across legal structuring, transaction execution, entity governance, and portfolio company matters.

Jeshua brings more than 15 years of legal experience across private equity, real estate, startups, business law, and investment transactions. A Michigan State University graduate and law firm partner, he has advised entrepreneurs, investors, family offices, operating companies, and investment platforms through complex legal, strategic, and transactional matters. He has also been recognized as a Super Lawyer for eight years, reflecting the strength of his legal judgment and professional reputation.

At Beckett Industries, Jeshua works closely with the General Partners, legal and compliance team, and platform leaders across the firm’s funds, SPVs, real estate projects, and portfolio company activities. His work supports deal structuring, fund and entity formation, transaction documentation, governance matters, investor-facing legal processes, and ongoing legal needs across the platform.

Jeshua plays an important role in helping Beckett Industries execute with discipline, protect the firm’s interests, and maintain the legal infrastructure required to scale an institutional investment platform across venture, real estate, private credit, and future investment strategies.
