This helps us bring the right people into the conversation and come prepared with ideas, questions, and potential resources that can move things forward. We know your time is valuable, and we take that seriously. Our goal is to show up prepared and make every conversation meaningful.
If you have your key company information handy (things like revenue, fundraising history, team bios, and basic traction metrics), the Venture Snapshot should take about 10 minutes to complete.
If you don’t have that information readily available, it could take closer to 30–45 minutes, depending on how organized your materials are. We recommend gathering your basic financials, team details, and high-level company information beforehand to make the process fast and easy.
Absolutely. Anything you share stays between us. We treat your information with care, respect, and confidentiality—just as we’d want someone to do with ours.
Our team reviews it ahead of the meeting to make sure we’re bringing the right people and the right questions to the table. It helps us hit the ground running.
We typically invest in CPG brands doing a min of $5M or a clear path to it in annual sales, but we’re always open to compelling exceptions that might be early or opportunistic.
