Beckett Industries believes that innovation begins with a deep understanding of your customers. That’s why we use design thinking as our approach to building products and experiences that your customers need and desire. This human-centered approach, paired with a “fail fast” mentality, allows us to quickly identify, build, and test new ways to success.

In the end we spend less time planning, more time making, and, above all, challenge ourselves to see things through the eyes of our customers every step of the way.

When we think like a designer we can reinvent  the way organizations develop products, services, processes, and strategy.

Our approach takes what is desirable from a human point of view with what is technologically possible and economically viable. It pulls out our ability to be intuitive, ask questions, challenge the status quo, see patterns, and construct new ideas that are relevant as well as functional, and to express ourselves in new ways.

This approach also allows us to see across silos,  and around barriers, to see new opportunities that others might miss.

Our approach isn’t linear or orderly, but a system of overlapping areas. The three areas we keep in mind at all times: inspiration, ideation, and implementation.

1. Inspiration is the problem or opportunity that motivated you to start searching for viable solutions.

2. Ideation is the process we take to generate, develop, and test new ideas against a hypothesis.
3. Implementation is the last step that moves you from a project stage into people actually using your product.
